Delete data
The games do not have accounts, so there is no account inside a game to delete. This page explains how to ask us to delete a message you sent.
How to ask
Email galiplayo887@gmail.com from the address you used. Put Delete my information in the subject.
The apps do not have accounts or in-app purchases, so there is no purchase to cancel inside an app.
What is deleted
We delete the correspondence and the details that were in it. We do not keep a profile of a child on a server of ours.
Baby Animal Sounds saves parent settings on the device only: background music on or off, Keep kids in app on or off, and which animal was shown last. They are not backed up to the cloud and they are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data, deletes them.
PipPop Sound Pad saves nothing of its own. Android backup for the app is off. Android's system WebView may keep an ordinary cache on the device. The app does not write a profile, a setting, or a score.
How long it takes
We aim to finish deleting correspondence within 30 days, and we write back when it is done.
