Delete data
The games do not have accounts, so there is no account inside a game to delete. This page explains how to ask us to delete a message you sent.
How to ask
Email galiplayo887@gmail.com from the address you used. Put Delete my information in the subject.
If you ever need to cancel a subscription or a purchase, that happens through Google Play or the App Store. The games do not have purchases today.
What is deleted
We delete the correspondence and the details that were in it. We do not keep a profile of a child on a server of ours.
Baby Animal Sounds stores three values on the device only: background music on or off, the exit lock on or off, and the id of the last animal shown. They are not backed up and they are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage in Android settings, deletes them.
PipPop Sound Pad saves nothing of its own. Android's system WebView may keep an ordinary cache on the device. The app does not write a profile, a setting, or a score.
How long it takes
We aim to finish deleting correspondence within 30 days, and we write back when it is done.
